Yeah... I forgot I had this blog

Well, It's been so long since I've posted that I figure I will just post the most recent family photo and call it good.

I'm not sure I'll keep this blog updated because work is crazy busy right now.  I've been at Adobe for almost 2 years now.  I'm also still fiddling around on the side with my ZebraStrut tech consulting business.

Being born is hard work. Orianna took many well deserved naps.

Tamara was a little dazed afterward, but we made her pose for a couple pictures anyway.

First Touch

Tamara had her in just over 4 hours (I think she was going for some sort of record).
She got to touch her face once before they took her to the nursery to make sure her breathing was ok.

Orianna Lilly

Yay, we have successfully procreated!

Orianna Lilly Bates was born July 1st at 3 PM.
She was 8.2 lbs and 20 inches long.

She has been very healthy and happy. We are pleased that she is doing so well, and happy to be home.
